Painting for Charity
Suus got together last weekend to prep and paint the Vauxhall Victor that Ryan will be driving in the Shitbox Rally 2012 in support of the Cancer Council http://everydayhero.com.au/desertsailors
3 days, no undercoat, much amusement,
Day 1 - Final bodywork welding done to make it solid, guards bolted on properly for the first time since the car was purchased and paint prep begun
Day 2, plenty more sanding, some masking, and the worst spray job in the world undertaken on the top half (What? It is the Shitbox Rally :D )
Day 3, plenty more sanding and masking before the second colour, demasking and reassembly
Not bad for 72 hours :)
